Every 'Big Day' requires a lot of planning to ensure that everything is as perfect as you can make it. From the wedding dress, bridesmaids outfits and suits, to the church or location, wedding cake, menus and beverages, reception venue, transport options and the roles each person will be asked to perform. In other words, a lot of planning and organisation goes into each wedding.

Your confirmed booking allows us to come up with something personal, unique and forever memorable. We ask you to fill in the following 'Booking Form' so that we can prepare a plan prior to meeting with you. During the meeting we can then finalise the details.

Helpful things to bring to the meeting with the photographer are:

* Your plan for your big day.
* Confirmation from the venues.
* A full list of the wedding party.
* A full guest list, so we can discuss with you who will be photographed during the day.
* Any other things that you thing relevant or helpful to discuss prior to your special day.
